Only by accident did I learn of my nephew Billy's passing, and our entire family is heartbroken. Divorce hurts everyone, and once-family members leave and/or simply drift away and never return, as with Billy. The last time I saw my brother William's son was at a gathering of the clan held by my father, Billy's grandpa Johnny, as grandad's struggle with cancer was nearing its end. My four kids were there, and William's beautiful son Billy was, too. I always entertained fantasies of one day walking into Billy's place of work and simply reminding him that he had a family who lived in a house with Billy's pictures on the wall, he was that treasured by the rest of us. May God bless Jackie with similar treasured memories of Billy ❤️
