When I was stationed in Fort Ord, California, I met a great man named Kuya Bill. We had something in common. He was a retired Army soldier and I was a soldier during that time. I will always remember his love for the game of golf. He asked me to go with him and I did. I had to ride the golf cart while he walked the 18-hole course. Because of Kuya Bill, I started following the game of golf.
His love for golf is nothing in comparison to his love for his family and his country. He talked about his tour in Vietnam and all the places that he was stationed at. In behalf of my wife and the rest of my family, we love you Kuya Bill.
To Ate Connie, Dorrine, Junior Boy, and Brian, we are here for you and you are always in our prayers. May the light and grace of Jesus Christ be with you always.
