William L. Green's Obituary
Loving brother, loyal friend and club member, William was born in Tuscumbia, Alabama to the late James C. Green and Pearlie L. (Barton) Green who preceded him in death as well as one sister and two brothers. After a courageous battle with cancer, William departed from this earth to his heavenly home to receive his well-deserved crown.
William was a loyal friend to many, a working church member, and was devoted to Elkdom and his lodge, Brothers and Daughters throughout the Northwest. He is survived by three sister, Mary Reed, Martha Lee, and V. Jeanette Evans of Tacoma. He is also survived by 12 nephews, 9 nieces, 2 step sons, one step daughter and former sister in law, Geraldine Brooks.
Mr. Green was loved by so many and he returned that love with a big smile and wave of the hand. “Well done good and faithful servant.” Matthew 25:12.
