Bill was one of our Employee Involvement (EI) and Lean facilitators. He fit in with the rest of our group so well. His 'can do' attitude and wonderful personality made us all glad he was part of the group. He was such an awesome storyteller! We miss his smile and sense of humor.

Just know that we're thinking of his family. We do believe that he's in heaven watching over his 'peeps' and making sure everyone is taken care of!

I feel grateful to have had a few classes with Mr. William Edwards... I will never forget his generosity and dedication to us as students. One of my first courses at Saint Martin's was a night class at the extension campus. Toward the end of the term when I told Mr. Edwards I wasn't sure that I could enroll the next semester because my husband was leaving for duty for a few months, he was adamant that there was a way to make it work. It is a heavy heart and diminished to hear Mr. Edwards passing. He was a wonderful, caring, respectful, laid back, and easy going as a person and profession. He dedicated his time to pay back to his students by teaching. I have had 3 classes with him over a couple years and this semester. I had a pleasure having him as a professor and his passion of teaching and work. He will be greatly missed. Words can't express how saddened I am to hear of the loss of my instructor Mr. Williams Edwards.

I had the pleasure of taking his class last semester and this semester. Although I have never met Mr. Edwards in person, he was one of the most respectable instructors I have ever had. We communicated a lot by email and over the phone. I will always remember him for his kindness and support to coordinate with my work schedule and class schedule so I had such great experience learning and be successful in this class. Without his support, I canÃ¢â‚¬â„¢t imagine I could have learned so much.

Bill was one of a kind! He was one of the first faculty members I met when I began working for Saint Martin's University. A more devoted, respectful, pleasant, and passionate person working on dual loves of aircraft and teaching would be difficut to find.

My heart feels for your loss. I have had three classes with Bill over the past couple of years and was talking to him in the commissary only a little over a week ago about taking a class with him this next session. He was looking over some items and I said "Bill, you better watch those calories", and he said, "too late gravity has already taken over". I sure enjoyed knowing him and hearing stories about Boeing. To Bills family,

I am so sorry for your loss, he was a wonderful caring man and never had a bad thing to say about anybody.

I worked with Bill on several projects over the last decade and I can honestly say a nicer person I have never met.

Bill was always so proud of his grandsons and so active in their lives, when ever he talked about the boys you could see the passion and love in his face.

We will all miss him and can only imagine the loss you are all going through right now.

Would like to say how sorry I am about his passing.
I have known Bill since he hired into the Boeing Co. He was on my Test System 3 crew as a Communications Technician. Bill was just the most laid back person as I have ever known and a the most easy going. It was always a pleasure to work with him.
I traveled with him to Oklahoma City two weeks ago on a Boeing business trip. I had some nice talks with him.
I always wondered how he could work full time and teach almost full time as well.
