William E. Hyatt's Obituary
William Edwin Hyatt: William Edwin Hyatt, age 86, passed peacefully on December 13, 2011. Bill was born in Tacoma October 22, 1925 to his parents Elmer and Thelma Hyatt. He was preceded by his loving wife of 54 years, Beverly Martin Hyatt. He attended Lincoln High School, and then joined the Navy. He was a retired Detective Sergeant for the Tacoma Police Department and also a member of the Day Island Yacht Club. He enjoyed boating and RVing. He was always willing to lend a hand to his friends and neighbors. Bill was an avid NASCAR fan. He loved puttering in his yard. Bill is survived by his children Steven (Pam) Hyatt of Roy and Linda (Joe) Morgan of Tacoma, grandchildren Jennifer, Danielle, Jimmy, and Kelly, and great-grandchildren Patrick, Christopher, Tyler, and Lily, as well as nieces and nephews. A memorial service celebrating Bill's life will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, December 20, 2011 in the Mountain View Garden Chapel. We love you and will miss you "Pa Pa". XOXO.
