Bill Cross, former Pastor, Husband, Father, Grandfather and Great Grandfather, passed away peacefully, to be with the Lord on May 22, 2012, in Tacoma WA.
He was born in Kelso WA to John Morgan Cross and Adah Elizabeth Boyd, and was one of 5 children.
Rev. Cross graduated from Bible College in Southern California and pastored his first church in Dallas, OR. He later pastored for more than 50 years in Oregon and Washington.
He is survived by his wife of 18 years, Joy Cross, daughter Judy Goddard, husband Hank, son Gary Cross, wife Elaine, 3 step-children, Sharon, Nancy, and David, 13 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM , on June 2nd at Olympic View Baptist Church, located at 4707 Elwood Drive West, University Place, WA. 98466.
