Thinking of you, Marla and your entire family with love and caring. Beverly Choltco-Devlin
My Uncle Bill was more like a brother to me since we are only four years apart in age. I remember playing basketball, chopping wood, feeding the chickens and milking the cow on the ranch in the summer. And after the chores were done, Bill, my cousin Gary, and I would gather our fishing poles , walk to the Conejos River, and fish till dusk. Of course, Bill caught the most fish. I also remember when he came to live with us in Denver until he decided to enlist in the United States Air Force. My heart goes out to Marla and her family. Until we meet again, Uncle Bill.
So many memories come to mind when I think of you, Bill. From parties and functions with your Air Force family, camping, bringing the kids to swim at your apartment, your introduction and beautiful memories with Marla, breaking into and sabotaging your apartment before you could get home from an Air Force school, fun times at your Christmas parties. The precious memories list could go on and on. We are all better people for having known you. We love you, Bill. May you rest in peace. You will be greatly missed...
Peaceful journey Bill. We shall miss you, especially at Christmas; you and your santa hat!! A good friend to many, including us, Ed and Linda. Love ya'.......
