Wendy Denise Walton's Obituary
Wendy Denise Walton - a beloved wife, mother, sister, daughter, and friend - entered the kingdom of the Lord unexpectedly on February 5th, 2016 at the age of 54.
Wendy is survived by her beloved husband Rick, beautiful daughters Jenny, Deanna, and Michelle, father Wallace Madsen, sister Vicki, brother Jason, step sister Marie, her 3 precious grandchildren, step father Duane, best friend Danielle, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Her passions include photography, riding horses, and being near the water – whether it was out on the Puget Sound bay, or walking along the ocean shores. She was most at peace when all she could hear were the crashing of the waves.
If a storm was approaching she would grab her camera to capture the moment. Anywhere she went a picture was taken. Whether it was of family and friends, a beautiful sunset or even dew drops on the trees. she saw beauty in her pictures and they gave a glimpse of her talent.
Wendy was an open ear to anyone who needed a listener, a voice of reason when one needed advice, and a shoulder to lean on through tough times. She always put others’ needs before her own, and found beauty in each day, no matter how stressful life became. Wendy’s uplifting spirit was contagious – everyone who knew her loved her bubbly, silly personality.
We miss you so very much Wendy, Rest in peace. You will not be forgotten and forever loved. Heaven has received a most wonderful soul above.
