Wendell Daniels' Obituary
Wendell Tipton Daniels of Tacoma, born to Thomas and Irene Daniels Oct. 22, 1940 in Tacoma, WA, passed away Nov. 22, 2011. He is survived by his wife Roxee of 43 years, his sister Sandra Burrington, 4 nephews and 2 nieces, and many great-nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by both parents, a stepfather, a sister, and his brother. Wendell, an Army veteran, loved to work on cars, and especially loved his days racing at Spanaway Speedway. He worked for Murrey's Disposal for 20 years. He enjoyed camping and the outdoors. His dogs were constant companions. Services will be held at Fern Hill United Methodist, 501 S. 84th Street, Dec. 1, 2011 at 1pm. Memorial donations can be made to Fern Hill, United Methodist Church, where Wendell was a member, PO Box 12051, Tacoma, WA 98412.
