Welcome “Mary” Wallace
1939-2014
Mary was born in Batrop, Louisiana, April 26, 1939 to Gilmer and Bernice Farley. Mary and her family moved to Washington when she was 11. She resided in the Tacoma/Spanaway area until the Good Lord came and took her home on March 4, 2014.
Mary was preceded in death by both of her parents, her brother Emmett Achord, her sister Thelma Townsend and sister Erma white, also her son Wesley Daniel Crossley.
Mary is survived with 3 children, Gina Yaconetti, Tony Yaconetti, Julie Sutton with husband Christopher. All of them in the Spanaway area. There are also 5 granddaughters, Roxanne Yaconetti, Stormy LaCombe with her husband Joe. Melissa Damkaer, Leslie Crossley, Mary Lange, 8 great grandchildren, Wesley, Brayden, Gabriel, Caleb, Gracie, Jayce, McKenzie and Dakota, 1 sister, Verna Caffery, 2 brothers Earl Farley and wife Sharon and Gilmer Farley and his wife Linda and many nephews and nieces.
The family would like to thank Beverly Smith, a very dear and special friend, for all the love and care that she provided over the years to our mother. Also, a very special Thank You to Minerva of Bethel Care LLC for all the wonderful and loving care of our mother, treating her as though she was her own mother. Another Thank you to Anna Idio, the owner of Bethel Care LLC, for accepting our mother with willingness and open arms.
Our family would like to thank all the many friends and neighbors who have all extended a branch to our mother and family when needed.
Mary is now where she has been wanting to go for a very long time with Her Lord and Savior whom she loved more than anything. We were blessed to have had her as a mother, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt and friend.
Thank you Father for all the time you gave us.
Mom, we will all see you again one day!
A Celebration of Life memorial gathering will held at 2pm, Saturday, March 15 at
her daughter Julie Sutton's home.
