Webb loved familiy and did not let bloodline determin who he claimed as kin. He leaves behind his wife Debbie, Sons Ryan (Jordan) and Wil (Stevie) and stepchildren Marianne and Bernie Moses. Webb also had 5 other stepchildren and their families in his life.
Papa Webb also leaves Hailey, Olivia, Austin, Kaitlynn, Axyl, Aiden, Ean, Penelope (Poppy), and Victoria. Three other step-grands and a great-grand, Cameron, Jordyn, Kendall, and Beau that he never got a chance to meet.
His mom, Beebee Buhler, 2 brothers - Mark (Linda) and Bret Owensby and 2 sisters - Janet (Dan) Peterson and Catholeen (Richard) Graves. Numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Webb loved sports. He played baseball when he was younger, and coached soccer too. Webb watched football, baseball, racing, golf etc...on tv. He played darts, golf, bowled and sang karaoke regularly. Webb attended Sound Word Church of Truth in Port Orchard and was 3rd VP at Sons of Am-Vets Post 1 in Tacoma.
Donations may be made to St. Jude's Hospital, Amer. Cancer Society, or Celebrate Life in Port Orchard in lieu of flowers.
