Wayne R. Ferrier's Obituary
Wayne R Ferrier - Born Aug. 13, 1925 in South CleElum, Washington, died on July 13, 2011 at Tacoma General Hospital, 1 month short of his 86th birthday. Loving husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather. Wayne is survived by his loving wife Grace, married 65 years, daughters Gail Ferguson of Orting Wa., Connie Barbiere of Kent, Wa., and son Harry Ferrier of Orting. Wayne has 6 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. He started early in life working for the Milwaukee RR as an engineer-fireman and ended his Milwaukee days as Travelling engineer when the railroad closed in the late 1970's, he went on to work for the Burling Northern and retired with them. He will be surely missed by his many friends and family. May he happily drive that big locomotive in the sky.
