Losing Wayne is very painful. Wayne was so gregarious, so warm. He was generous with his time and talent. He was kind enough to take photos of our family at some very special times, when it was wonderful to have a friend holding the camera, instead of a contract photographer. We know Wayne's last few years have been filled with physical challenges, pain and frustration. The loneliness of keeping out of COVID harm's way by not seeing friends, and by not coming together to pay tribute to Wayne in person has brought additional frustration. May 14 will always be Wayne's day: his birthday. May he rest in peace.
