Walter Thomas Bailey's Obituary
Walter T. BaileyBorn in Tacoma, Aug. 24, 1947. Walter passed away peacefully at home on May 6, 2003. Walter worked for Tacoma Refuse Dept. for 18 years before a Medical Retirement in Feb. 2001. Walt will be remembered for his love of family, fishing, hunting, gardening, working on our cars, great BBQÂ's, stories and his jokes.Special thanks to Dr. Stephen Duncan and his wonderful staff at Puyallup Group Health and Barbara Larrabee (CHF RN) for the care and friendship to Walter.Walt is survived by his loving wife of 28 years, Karen, son Robert (Kimi), daughter Christina Lamar (Kevin), his precious granddaughter Ariauna, his little angel girl, his mother Edith Fijalka, brothers Martin (Vicki), Lloyd (Bev), sisters Helen Sorensen, Nancy Rodriguez (John), and many nieces and nephews who were dearly loved. He is also survived by his daughter Jennifer and granddaughters Rebeca and Kareana. Memorial services will be held Thursday May 15, 2003 at 4:30 PM at the Mt. View Celebration of Life Center with a reception immediately following.
