Vivian Marie (Couture) Wood's Obituary
After just celebrating her 95th birthday in December, Vivian went to join the rest of her family in heaven on January 9th, 2025.
Vivian was born in Yakima, WA in 1929, moved to Tacoma in middle school and graduated from Lincoln High School in 1947. She then met the love of her life, Robert Wood and they wed on October 20th, 1951 and were married 64 years. She loved playing cards, bingo, traveling and, of course, going to the Casino!
Vivian is survived by her three children; Julie, Joseph (Jeri) and Bret. Seven grandchildren; Curtis, Lyndsey, Amanda, Jenna, Ashley, Lily and Anna. Six great-grandchildren; Caiden, Harper, Kruz, Jackson, Knox, and Vallie. Sister in laws; Marcia Couture, Rosella Couture, Gloria Couture, Rosemary Wood and numerous nieces and nephews.
