Virginia Nell HinkleVirginia Nell Hinkle passed away June 5, 2003 at Park Ridge Care Center in Shoreline, WA. Virginia was an LPN and worked at Puget Sound Hospital. She was a member of the Peace Lutheran Church in Puyallup, WA. She enjoyed knitting and crocheting beautiful blankets for family and friends and lap robes for nursing home residents (probably more than 100). She loved the major and minor baseball leagues, bingo and salmon fishing. She was preceded in death by her husband, George W. Hinkle, and her son John M. Monnahan, Jr. Virginia is survived by her daughter Patricia Richards (Hemet, CA); son-in law, Jim Richards; son, David Cook (Bellevue, WA); daughter-in law, Linda Cook; grandchildren, Michael, Christopher and Megan Cook, Teresa (Steve) Michalke, and Linda (David) Ahrens; and eleven great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 12pm until 2pm, Friday, June 13, 2003 at Mt. View Funeral Home, followed by memorial services at 3pm, in the Mt. View Garden Chapel.
