Violet R. Hall, 86, passed away May 21, 2011 in Tacoma, Washington. She was born on June 1, 1924 in Dafter, Michigan to William and Catherine (Spencer) Haynes. Violet worked as a waitress for Peoples, Woolworths and Fly R restaurants. She enjoyed working her word puzzles. She is survived by her sisters Jean Captain of Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan and Leola Eastman of Haslett, MI, brothers Clyde Haynes of Lansing, MI and Earl Haynes of Sallisaw, OK, and her close friends Katheryne Bond and Linda H. of Tacoma, WA. At Violet's request there will be no public services. Arrangements by Mountain View Funeral Home.
