Violet Frances Rhodes' Obituary
Violet F. Rhodes, born February 28th 1925 in Turtle Lake, North Dakota passed on September 21st, 2008. Violet resided in Lakewood Washington for the past 47 years. She retired from the Fredrick and Nelson department store after 30 years of service. Violet was preceded in death by son Kim Rhodes and survived by son Stuart Rhodes and daughters Charmagne Koeppen and Merry Rhodes. Violet also leaves behind four grandchildren, Collette Rice, Vincent Willard, Christine Moore and Heather Ebert as well as four great grandchildren, Kelsey Moore, Emilly Moore, Michael Ebert Jr. and Nicole Rice. Although Violet was a women of small stature she had an enormous heart and loved her family dearly. She was always willing to help anyone in need. She will be truly missed by all who knew her. Services will be held in Lakewood at the Mountain View Funeral Home September 26th at 1:00 pm at the Garden Chapel. Reception to follow in the Oak Room.
