Vicki, I am proud to have you as my Friend. You've showed many lucky people and myself your incredible courage, love and humor. I will miss you everyday, looking for your FB posts, whenever I see a crow, and every Halloween of course.

Offering sincere condolences to the family. I am so very sorry for your loss. Our Heavenly father in His word the Bible calls death an enemy (1Cor. 15:26) which He promises in the very near future to do away with (Rev. 21:4,5) At that time tragedies and accidents will be a thing of the past, no one will ever get sick (Isaiah 33:24) and there will be a reuniting, a bringing back to life instead of losing (John 5:28,29) Please allow these words to be of comfort to you and give you hope. (2Cor. 1:3,4)
I am so sorry for your loss. May the outpouring of sympathy, the kind acts of friends and strangers, as well as your memories give you comfort to help you endure the days ahead. The Bible also offers comfort. “For God is near to those broken at heart. “ Ps 34:17,18. Our Creator promises that there will soon be a time when “death will be no more.” Revelation 21:4. I hope this brings you comfort.
Officially “Wife of First Cousin Once Removed” and separated by three quarters of a continent, I never met Vicki in person, only interacted on Facebook. Looked forward to seeing her “Like” on some scribble or sketch I had posted from time to time. Boundless admiration for her as she shared her battle with Cancer. Truly a woman with the heart of a warrior, she is missed by many.
