Mrs.McConnell was my kindergarten teacher in 1967. I loved her as my teacher. She was kind and funny. One day we had a bird in class for something, I don't remember why, but I misbehaved and did something I should't have,again I don't remember what I did!! Well, I was scared when I was reprimanded and I wet the floor!! Mrs. McConnell was so sweet and kept me from embarrassment and told the class that the bird must have gone potty!!! I never have forgotten that, and I am now 43 years old! I did see Mrs. McConnell again when I was working at Suburban Opticians in 1995 or so. It was so nice to see her and I recognized her immediately.
