Valorie S. Schoenberg's Obituary
Valorie was born in Minot, N.D. to Mildred & Fred Anderson on July 2,1938. They moved to Williston N.D. and later moved to Max, N.D. where her father farmed. She attended Max High School. Valorie married LeRoy Schoenberg on Oct. 2,1955. They moved to Milton, W.A. in April of 1955. Valorie was a home maker first, later worked for 7-11 stores, Washington Rhubarb Growers and worked at Morning Sun Outlet Stores until her husband retired in 1996. They spent 7 years wintering in Arizona where the enjoyed the snow bird lifestyle. Valorie enjoyed crafts, knitting and crocheting for her girl’s grandchildren and friends. Valorie was proceeded in death by her mother in 1947, her brother Randale in 1947, her father in 1970, her special step mother Freida in 1996, her step brother Edwin Schmidt and her beloved husband and best friend LeRoy in 2004. She is survived by her step sister Marilyn Opheim, sister in-law Delora Schmidt. Her children Colleen Nestor, Joanne Schoenberg, Karen Tate and husband Larry. Grand children Jason Nestor and wife Stephen, Amber Nestor, David Smith and wife Breezy, Jeramy Smith, Mark Wolff and wife Alexis, Anthony Schoenberg, Jeremy Tate, Amber Tate and husband Alex. Great grandchildren Makayla Nestor, Makenzie Nestor, Kaiden Nestor, Cameron Nestor, Michael Smith, Lexie Smith, Jocelyn Wolff, Rheizenne Dalton, Tristen Deck, Tylor Deck, Abigale Davis and Milo Davis. Her greatest joy in life was her family, her church and church family, and her GOD!
