Vaa’alutasi Meali’I Leleasapai, beloved husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather, born August 14, 1934 in Onenoa, American Samoa, passed away April 08, 2018 is survived by his second wife Sapeta Lelea, his children, Rita Lelea-Feliuae (Rev. Tautinoga Feliuae), Vaaalutasi I. Lelea Jr. (Elsa Lelea), Willie P. Lelea (Teri Lelea), Jessie Anne Tufu (Lui Tufu), Sanele Lino (Victoria Carrillo), Timothy Lino (Grace Lino), Nase Lino (Naite Patea), Mary Lino, Fania Sipili, 14 grandchildren Jaclyn Starr, Rachel Lynn, Jasmine, Misty, Seraphim, Latasha, Majanique (BooBoo), Yuki, Adrian, Isaiah, and Elijah, Sephira, Dunamis, and Exousia and 9 great grandchildren, Noah, Emma, Alana, Nathan, Latrayon, Leilani, Benjamin, Thomas, and Tutogi. Services will be held April 21st, 2018 from 1-2:15 PM at the LDS Church on Pearl St. Our family would like to express our deepest gratitude to all the nurses and medical staff through Multicare Hospice for their dedication and compassion to our father during his illness.
