I’m one of the soilders in Charlie Med and while I am broken hearted over the loss of SGT Earnest, I always laugh at the memories he’s left me with. If you have seen the GoFundMe set up for him, you’ll see the funny picture of him smiling while holding up a bag of saline. Well…. he actually taught me how to poke him and that was the picture I took to show my mom ! I laugh so hard thinking about it because I was soo nervous and I can hear him say, “calm down girl!!! i’ll poke u and then u can poke me!” I like imagining that even in Heaven where the sick are healed and peaceful with God, that he still finds a way to help others and spread that warmth that he’s always shown me.
A fun memory was our catamaran ride while in Hawaii. Chelsey and I were posing for the picture, when Tyrone gave us his photo bomb shot. Good memories! Love you Chelsey!

My beloved son, I can’t believe life has turned out this way for us, I hoped we had more time, and you would be buring me, but God had other plans. All the moments I got to spend with you was special to me, talking on the phone almost weekly as we did was our special time. So long my love. Yea do I walk in the shadows of death, I will fear no evil.
