Tulimalefo'i Justine Snow - Moli's Obituary
On October 29, 1986 a beautiful baby girl named Tulimalefo’i Justine Snow, was born to Clara and David Snow at the LBJ hospital in Faga’alu, American Samoa. She would be the 2nd child in a family of 5 siblings. Justine grew up in the village of Nu’uuli and Iliili. She attended Manulele and Matafao elementary and graduated from Tafuna Jr. High. Afterwards, she attended Tafuna High school for her Freshman and Sophomore year. In August of 2002, her parents moved their family to Tacoma, Washington. She then attended Spanaway Lakes High School, Washington High School and finished her Senior year at Clover Park High school. After high school, Justine attended Pierce College and worked a full time job. Justine’s greatest calling and blessing came on June 3, 2009 when she gave birth to her oldest daughter Penina Jazmin Moli. Justine then met the love of her life in 2011, Faulalo Moli, Jr. They were married on August 31, 2013. On September 16, 2013 they welcomed their 2nd blessing Taimane Lafogofie Moli. In the beginning of 2015, Justine was diagnosed with Choriocarcinoma, which is also known as Uterine Cancer. She began chemotherapy treatments in July of 2015. With her family and friends beside her she faced Cancer head on with determination and faith that she was going to overcome this disease. Justine bravely fought this disease for almost a year and a half. Every time she was told that the chemo had not been strong enough and that the cancer had spread, she still had faith that through Jesus Christ she would be healed. Never complaining throughout her battle, she continued to be a loving mother, devoted wife, a helpful sister and daughter, a caring cousin and a supportive friend.
On October 1st Justine checked into St. Joseph Medical Center for breathing difficulties. Almost immediately she was admitted into ICU, the doctors told her husband to call her family that Justine had caught pneumonia and that she had less than a couple of hours to live. Immediately Justine’s family and friends came together to pray for a miracle. The doctors then told us that Justine was not waking up and that it may be the end. Justine pulled through with amazing strength, defying the doctors and opened her eyes again to see her family by her side on October 4th. Justine held on for another 7 days proving that our Heavenly Father does hear our prayers. On October 11th at 8:09 PM, our Heavenly Father gazed upon his loving faithful daughter and said, “come unto me and I shall give you rest.” With her undying faith and love Justine took our Heavenly Father’s hand. As a family, with tears in our eyes and love in our hearts we watched our beautiful beloved Justine finally receive rest. The end may not of have been what we have wanted but just as it is stated in Isaiah 55:8, “For my thoughts are not your thoughts and neither our my ways your ways,” saith the lord. Justine’s time on earth has shown us that faith in our lord and Savior Jesus Christ and unconditional love for others in the end is the only way to have everlasting life.
