Tom Jones Jr.
Rev. Tom Jones Jr., 75, of Tacoma, WA went home to be with the Lord after a long illness on October 11, 2009. He was born on January 8, 1934 in Nettleton, Mississippi. He was the Senior Associated Minister at Eastside Baptist Church where he faithfully served for over 40 years. He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years Modessie Jones. They had 4 children Tommie (preceded him in death), Charles Jones, Evelyn Jones and Mary Bullock (husband Vann). Viewing will be held at Mt. View Funeral Home Friday, October 16th, 1-9pm and Saturday starting at 10am at Bethlehem Baptist Church. Services will be held Saturday, October 17th 11am at Bethlehem Baptist Church, 4818 E Portland Avenue Tacoma, WA.
