“ To the honorable bishop TL Westbrook. Me and Ross Flemming Jr often talk about what a loss we have as a result of you not being present with us in this terrestrial world. However, we just wanted to give a shout out and just let you know that we were thinking about you. Ross Flemming Junior the man of God would often say the dead know nothing. I back that with the scripture I come to know nothing save Jesus Christ in him crucified. Just wanted to give a shout out to you and the woman of god, mother Lois Inez Westbrook. Just letting you know that we were thinking about you out here and never never land. We love you still. Martha May.
“To the honorable , Bishop TL Westbrook, you were my mentor and other than my father and my own birth blood father you, are my father in the gospel. I loved you that much bishop and may you rest in peace, and thank you for all your wisdom and knowledge and understanding of the word. Rest well.”-Ross Fleming Jr.
“Bishop Westbrook was an outstanding bishop. He was a Rolls Royce of a bishop; Bishops.
He had a heart of gold and a mind-of silver. He was very effervescent and glorious leader. I will miss him and I think about him often.”

My heart and my condolences goes out to the Westbrook family and the N.J.C.O.G.I....My two boys and I attended church under the leadership of Bishop and Mother Westbrook. I learned a lot under their leadership during my stay at Ft. Lewis, WA. from 1993 until 1994...I came to visit, looked up the church and then to find out that a great Man and Woman of God had went home to glory. My heart is sadding...you will forever live in my heart....Gone but not forgotten.
To the Westbrook Family. You have lost a Great Father, the State and all of us the knew Bishop have lost a great man and leader. He is with the love of his life now, that is Mother Westbrook. He will be missed, but for those that knew him, he has left us better people. He was the people's Bishop, not just The COGIC Bishop. My Pastor loved him so much and I know my family loved him. Through Bishop many great messages and can really relate this scripture to Bishop and that is Proverb 3: 5,6 Rest now Bishop, you have left your wisdom among all that you touch.
