Timothy Davies Taylor, PhD
Timothy Davies Taylor passed away on March 28, 2010 from natural causes. He was born on January 25, 1945. He had a long life and greatly loved music. Tim graduated from Stadium High School and was a proud member of the concert and marching bands. He played clarinet in the Tacoma Symphony. Tim majored in music at Central Washington State University. He graduated there and went on to earn his PhD in Psychology. He practiced in Tacoma and also worked for the state of Washington. His father, Tom Taylor Sr., died in 2005.
He is survived by his mother, Eleanor Taylor, his daughter, Renee Opalane, his brother, Tom Taylor Jr. and his wife Jackie, and his sister Janie Coral and her husband Rob. Tim will be missed by his family and friends. Please send donations to the Tacoma Youth Symphony in Tim's honor.
A private service for immediate family will be held at Mountain View Funeral Home. Arrangements by Mountain View Funeral Home. 584-0252.
