Timothy Alan ColeTimothy Alan Cole, a loving and devoted husband, father, son, brother and friend passed away suddenly on November 22, 2004 in Folsom, California. Tim was born in Tacoma, Washington on October 31, 1959. By the Grace of God, Tim is now with his Savior Jesus Christ. He is survived by his wife of nearly twenty years Lynn Laree Cole, his two children of whom he was very proud; 19 year-old Kelsey a freshman at the University of California at Santa Barbara and 14 year-old Nicholas a high school student in Folsom. Tim is loved and cherished by his mother Marilyn Cole Cobble, stepfather Bill Cobble, brother Gregory Cole, sister-in-law Kelly Cole, their two sons and his grandmother Lucille Vorak. His father Doug Cole predeceased Tim. He is also survived by his father and mother-in-law Larry and Carol Russell, his sister-in-law Shannon White her husband Trey White and their children. And his family of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Tim had a special love for his friend Mark Larsen and cousin Christopher Ford.A scholar athlete at Foss High School Tim graduated in 1978 as an All-City Letterman in Football and Track. Tim earned a BA in Business from Pacific Lutheran University with minors in marketing and religion. TimÂ's business career matched his love for people and things mechanical. At Skill-Bosch Tool Corporation, he served as the Northern California District Sales Manager for ten years. Tim joined Martin Engineering of Neponset, Illinois rising to National Dealer Sales Manager.Tim loved family and friends; enjoying life to the fullest. TimÂ's passions were his family, cars, motorcycles, boating and football. Everyone who knew him will miss him.A celebration of life service will be held at United Lutheran Church - 76th and South Sheridan in Tacoma on Tuesday, November 30th at 11:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to his childrenÂ's Education Fund in care of Shannon White; 723 SW 361st St. Federal Way, WA 98023.
