Tim Sonneman's Obituary
Timothy Sonneman, 62, of Yelm passed away on October 3rd at St. Peters Hospital in Olympia. Tim was born in Tacoma and had graduated from Mt. Tahoma high school in 1967. He served in the Navy for two years and went on to become a devoted Fireman for the Tacoma Fire Department from 1975-1995. One of five children born to the late Edwin and Agnes Sonneman. He is survived by his loving companion Patty Meier, children Jason (Koshla), Melissa (Rick) Taini and treasured grandchildren Chris, Nichole, Cody and Bryson. He was a great Father and enjoyed spending quality time with his grandchildren. This time included teaching them the joys and fundementals of baseball! Tim's idea of fun was soaking in the sun while relaxing on the river. Later in life involved traveling with Patty to warmer areas like Arizona and Mexico. Family and friends are invited to attend the memorial service at Mountain View Funeral Home on Tuesday, October 11, 2011 at 3:00.
