I had the good fortune to be Tom's manager at Weyerhaeuser for five years and from the first day I knew that Tom was a real gentleman, a hard and superb worker, a mentor and supporter to many and someone who wanted to contribute. Having the opportunity to work with him was a major enjoyment for me those five years. I will miss him as will all those whose paths crossed with Tom. Please accept my heartfelt condolences and prayers.
