Tom and I worked together for years in the Wire Shop and twelve hour days for months on end about 25 years ago. Through all those years I never saw him anything but upbeat, dedicated and supportive. Tom is largely responsible for me getting the best job I ever had and I'm glad I told him so when I could. He stayed close to his crews and made work fun. He left a legacy in the Underground Network that will endure for decades. We will miss him.
