Thomas Leroy Kalani's Obituary
Thomas Leroy Kalani Kanno, passed away December 20, 2004. He is survived by his 3 daughters Traci, Tori and Tippi, one son Trevor, 7 grandchildren and good traveling buddy and ex-wife, JoJo. Thomas was born in Honolulu, HI in 1939 to Horace and Lily Kanno. He will be remembered for his great love of all the fire departments he served for over 40 years. As a retired Fire Chief of Lakewood he continued to support the fire service as a Fire Commissioner. Known as a true innovator of programs for the fire department, we are truly proud of all the accomplishments and contributions he made to the community. As a loving father and inspirational mentor, he will live on in our hearts as our special Â"ChiefÂ".Thank you to all who gave their never ending love and care in the end.A celebration of TomÂ's life will be 1:00pm Tuesday December 28, in the Mt. View Valley Chapel. In Lieu of flowers, please send donations to the Lakewood Fire Department Life Safety Charity Fund.
