Thomas K. McCann's Obituary
Thomas K. Mccann was born November 5, 1953 in Spokane, Washington to Tom and Elaine McCann and died December 1, 2007 after a long heart related illness.Tom Loved his family, friends, and his customers. He had a passion for all sports. Tom had a natural ability to make all strangers his friends and could put people at ease with his quick wit and sense of fun. He had a heart that was as big as his stature and countless people have shared their stories of what Tom did for them personally. Tom moved to Tacoma in 1958 when his father started Osborne-McCann Cadillac. He graduated from Clover Park High School in 1973 and attended Tacoma Community College, but he could not wait to go to work for his father at the dealership. He helped move the family business to Fife and it became McCann Motors. He is survived by his mother, Elaine McCann, his children Kelly and Thomas McCann, his former wife, Karen McCann, his sister, Melaine McCann of Port Orchard, his brother, Richard McCann of Chandler Heights, AZ., and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. A Celebration of his life will be held at McCann Motors at 6411 20th st E, Fife, Wa., 98424 at six o'clock PM on Tuesday December 4, 2007.In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Boys and Girls Club of South Puget Sound. 1501 Pacific Ave., Suite 202, Tacoma, WA 98402
