Theodore Harrison Langford's Obituary
Theodore was born January 15, 1914 in Waco, Texas to David and Myrtle (Kline) Langford, and passed away on July 2, 2006 in University Place, WA. On June 2, 1937, he married Hattie Sirney.Theodore served with the 29th Division of the Army during WWII. He landed in Normandy on June 7, 1944. In Korea, he served with the 7th Division. He was also with teh 2nd Division at Ft. Lewis, WA.He was a member of the Masonic Lodge. Theodore also enjoyed golfing and other sports, hunting and fishing with family, and was a wood carver. He spent many hours making pine needle baskets. He is survived by his wife of 69 years, son Ted, Jr. of Tacoma, daughter Ginger Shive of Redmond, OR, 6 grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.A private family graveside will be held.
