Theodore “Ted” Kenneth Gord, 80, of Eatonville, WA, passed away peacefully on November 11, 2024, surrounded by his loved ones. Born in Tacoma, WA, on October 30, 1944, Ted’s life was marked by his deep love for family and friends, a passion for cars, and a lifelong enthusiasm for fireworks. Known for his captivating stories, unwavering loyalty, and boundless compassion, Ted was a friend like no other.
Ted is survived by his devoted wife of 40 years, Debbie; his children, Michel Rhodes (Kelly), Presh Gord, Bettina Gese, Brandy Bargelt (Doug), and Derick Gord (Ana); his 11 beloved grandchildren, Colin, Isaac, Jacob, Anthony, Tonna, Tristyn, Landyn, Van, Trinity, Payton, and Crystal; two greatgrandchildren Jasper and Eli; and his sister Kathy Roth(Howard).
A celebration of Ted’s life will be held at Mountain View Memorial Park on Saturday, November 23, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to American Pyrotechnics Association Safety & Education Foundation at www.celebratesafely.org. Ted’s warm presence and memory will be deeply missed and cherished in our hearts forever.
