Teruko Chapman's Obituary
Teruko Chapman, age 88. Born in Tokyo, Japan, on January 2, 1927. Passed away in Graham, Washington on September 25, 2015.
Teruko was a retired employee of St. Claire hospital after 30 years of service.
She was preceded in death by her husband William and Son James Chapman.
Teruko is survived by her three sons; Roy of Bend, Oregon, Jack and his wife Claudia of Graham, Washington; Bobby and wife Kathy of Lakewood, Washington. 14 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
At the request of Teruko there will be no services. The family wishes to express a special thanks to Multicare Hospice.
