Terrye D. Escalante's Obituary
Terrye Denise Escalante was born April 6, 1954, to Jimmy & Glenda Smith, in Merkel, TX. On October 12th, 1984, Terrye married the love of her life, Andy Escalante. Their love was unlike any other. With God at the forefront, they built a beautiful home and life together. Terrye is survived by her husband, Andy Escalante, son, Clint King, daughter-in-law Tiffany King, brother Don Smith, sister-in-law Karis Smith, grandchildren Lily King, Cydni King, Landon Colton and Adalynn King, as well as her best friend who is more of a sister, Marci Johnson. Terrye enjoyed many passions in life. She wasn’t scared to try something new and was always up for a challenge. Whether Terrye was at Moses Lake riding her quad, on the shooting range showing up the guys, or racing her Sea-doo on Lake Chelan – she was having the time of her life. As the years went by Terrye gained new passions and expanded on the others. You’d find her on any Saturday tending to her many indoor plants or capturing family memories in scrapbooks in her special room Andy designed and built for her. She loved her family and if she wasn’t making new memories in person, she was recording the old ones. It brought her so much happiness.
