The Family would like to thank his Oncologist Dr. Henry Li, his kindness and knowledge knows no limit. Without Dr. Li, Terry’s first diagnosis of lymphoma in 2007 could have ended his life years to soon. We also would like to thank Swedish Hospital’s Oncology Unit, 12 East, for the loving and amazing nurses who cared for Terry for on and off over the past 3 months. Finally, Tim Carstens for all the split pea soup that he made for daddy to eat and being with us to lead the Lords prayer on Terry’s way home.
