Teresa Grace (Verfers) Henry
Born October 17, 1926 in Corning, Ohio, she died January 15, 2010 at Life Care Center of Puyallup. Teresa was a devoted wife, bravely fishing in rough water with her beloved husband Evart 'Hank' Henry. Teresa not only fished, she was a master gardener, after retiring from her working years. She was a skilled cook, decorator and floral arranger, taking great pride in everything she did.
Teresa was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brother, and sister. She is survived by her son Jeff, brother-in-law Ray, and nieces Terri (Rich) and Cheryl.
At her request, no service will be held. Interment will be at Tahoma National Cemetery. Teresa will be missed by her two friends, Mary and Charlene, who cared for and about her until the end. Special thanks to the Life Care staff who gave Teresa TLC for all the years she was with them. Donations can be made to the Humane Society. Arrangements by Mountain View Funeral Home. 584-0252.
