Taylor I Murchison's Obituary
Celebrating Taylor I. Murchison
June 9th, 1999 – November 8th, 2025
Taylor I. Murchison was born in Wiesbaden, Germany, and his life shone brightly from the very start. Today we celebrate the beautiful life he packed into just 26 energetic years.
After graduating high school, Taylor chose to enroll in college at the University of Arizona, believing it was the necessary next step in his life. While he appreciated the pursuit of higher education, he ultimately realized that he was not yet ready to fully commit to the academic path. He felt he needed a more structured environment, one that would challenge him physically and mentally, and foster a deeper sense of discipline and purpose.
Taylor served as a Private First Class and Combat Medic in the U.S. Army. His hardworking and determined spirit drove him to help others, eager to help save lives.
Away from duty, Taylor loved to move. He danced any chance he could, stayed busy in the gym, and enjoyed anime marathons. As a boy he played football, ran track, and proudly reminded everyone how fast he was.
Music and travel lit him up. Juice WRLD was always on his playlist, and he dreamed of
visiting Japan and returning to school to become a doctor one day.
Taylor was an amazing son and big brother, forever kind, supportive, loyal, and ready to do anything for friends and family. His parents, Shannon Moore and Timothy Murchison, cherish the countless moments of laughter he shared with them. He was known by his family as “Tator Bug”.
Although Taylor passed on November 8th, 2025 in Dallas, Texas, his upbeat spirit keeps moving through everyone he touched. We honor him by dancing a little more and living as boldly as he did.
