Is so many memories in the 14 years I couldn't share them all I want you to know that I love you and it just took me this long to go on here I have to repost cuz my children want to light a candle rest in peace butterfly

To the family of Ms. Tara.....I worked with Ms. Tara at Stewart Middle School, she fell right into our "family" and never missed a beat. She and I "mothered and loved" the students there with the same passion. Ms. Tara always had a smile on her face and when she didn't, we'd sit and talk until she did. We confided in each other and a wonderful friendship blossomed. I will always remember our talks, our laughs, our frustrations, but most importantly, the connection we immediately had. She was full of life and everyone around her could feel it. We shared an inside joke, she was what I called "My Dear Ms. Effie White", life may have come at her hard at times and knocked her down a bit, but she was NEVER out! She came back better & stronger and a WINNER! May you sing with the Angels now My Dear Ms. Effie White, May your bring the same joy, light, and laughter to Heaven as you did here on earth.
Kaela and Family, May the Lords Love and Grace comfort you during this most difficult time. You are all in my Prayers.
Ms. Brenda
Kaela and family...you are in my thoughts and prayers. I am truly saddened by the passing of Tara. Tara was my friend. We keep in touch even though we weren't working in the same building. We "clicked" instantly when we met. we were both crazy working in a middle school trying to make it. The last time I saw her, she was talking to me about being so proud of Kaela going to college, her new beginnings at her new school and just how she had been so blessed. She was a kind and giving soul. She would give you the shirt off her back. Anyone that needed food, she would feed. If you needed a kind word, she was there with that too. She disciplined students with a motherly twist to it. She was loved by all. I will miss seeing her, talking with her and reminiscing with her. Rest in Heaven my friend. You will be missed!!
Ms. Renee

I met Tara at Grambling State University. We were roommates at Martha Adams Room 717. She even sent me a FB message on July 7th as our Roommate anniversary. We shared a lot of good and bad times together and we always had each others back. She taught me a lot when I first arrived at GSU. Over the years we didn't talk as much as I would have liked but that didn't matter because the friendship was always there. I can tell by all the out pouring of Love on her Facebook page that she was Special to all she met. Rest in Heaven my Friend. To the her children, parents and siblings I am continuously praying God's Strength and Understanding now ans in the days to come.
