Sylvia Bartlett Born in Geddes, South Dakota, September 6 1923, passed away April 16 2009. Sylvia is survived by 2 children Terry (Janice) Bartlett, Gig Harbor, Trudy Petak, Fircrest, grandchildren Nicole Petak, Tyler (Jenni) Bartlett, Nick Bartlett and great grandchild McKinzie. She is also survived by two sisters Lillian Gordan New Jersey and Valasta (Val) (Wayne) Smith of Lakewood. She was predeceased by her husband Spike in 1997. Sylvia's career included 20 years as supervisor in Supply Division at Fort Lewis Logistic's Center. Sylvia always had a fun loving spirit. She was a firm believer that "laughter was the best medicine." Sylvia, you were deeply loved by your family. You will always be in our hearts and prayers and we will miss you forever.
