In Loving Memory of Sylvia Emma Cook
Sylvia was born in Albany, OR on 1/2/1943 and passed away at the Franciscan Hospice Facility in University Place on 9/14/2009. She was happily married to her husband Robert for 45 years and is survived by him and their 2 children, Larry and Michelle. She has 2 grandsons, Gregory and Andrew (Jasmine), and 1 great-granddaughter, Lacy Rae. She is also survived by her 4 sisters, Betty, Regina, Dorothea, and Cynthia, and 1 brother, Erich. She had varied interests: sewing, cooking, shopping, Bingo, watching movies, crafts, collections, puzzles, reading, music, and writing her autobiography. She will be dearly missed for her lighthearted banter, quick wit, laughter and smiles, but mostly for the unconditional love she gave to all around her. Memorial services will be held at 1 PM on Friday, 9/18/2009, in the Mountain View Garden Chapel, 4100 Steilacoom Blvd. SW, Lakewood, WA.
