Creta Madsen peacefully passed away last Saturday morning after a long standing struggle and complications due to congestive heart failure. Originally from Berthoud, Colorado Creta moved to Tacoma during high school. She loved Jesus and wanted to tell everyone she met about Him. Creta prayed for them to have the opportunity to accept Him as their personal Lord and Savior. As her physical condition worsened the last few years she continued to focus on praying for others. Creta out lived her three brothers and two sisters. She is survived by her three children Susan Wardlow, Patty Prescott, and Steven (and Pam) Madsen, seven grandchildren - Allison (and Michael) Bujacich, Shana (and Peter) Nash, Zachary Worrell, Loren, Elysa, Lindy, and Emmalene Madsen, and one great grandson - Jeremy Nash.
