I met Peter a year or so before he left for Washington. I would often catch him outside before I head to work. I’d always take a few minutes of my time to catch up with him and get his perspective on life and things that were going on around the world. He was the coolest, most laid-back guy I think I’ve ever met. I remember when he told me he was leaving. I felt a bit sad because I was worried that I would never see him again. Now that I know, I will never see him again, If I could tell him anything it would be that I love him and I appreciate the short time that I got to know him. He’ll forever be a very special person that got to know. RIP Peter. You were the coolest.
