Susan Woolery, beloved partner, mother, and friend, passed away on March 30, 2025, at the age of 59. Born on April 29, 1965, Susan originally hailed from Wichita, Kansas, and later mae Washington state her home--a place where her compassion, creativity, and kindness left a lasting impact on all who knew her.
Susan was deeply loved by many and was known for her warm spirit and unwavering dedication to others. She leaves behind the love of her life and soulmate, Glen Woolery, with who she shared a deep and enduring bond.
A nurturing and devoted figure, Susan raised a son and daughter as her own since they were 10 years old and was also the proud mother of three sons from Pennsylvania. Her heart knew no bounds when it came to family--both by blood and by choice.
Susan had a passion for crotchet, especially when using her skills to help others. She not only crafted with care but also taught women how to crotchet mats for those experiencing homelessness, turning yarn and time into comfort for someone in need. Her favorite color, purple, reflected her vibrant and graceful soul.
Susan was a true friend to many, considering those close to her not just companions but family. Her presence was one of light, generosity, and strength--a reflection of her deep love for her community and her tireless desire to uplift those around her.
She will be deeply missed, fondly remembered, and forever cherished by all who had the honor of knowing her.
