Susie was born Susan Elizabeth Arnold on November 28, 1916 in Gill, Colorado and passed away on October 3, 2005 in Tacoma, WA. She was 88 years old.She was raised in Colorado, attended many schools before graduating from Grand Valley High School, near Grand Junction, Colorado. She married Louie Bruno in 1936 and they were married for 66 years when he passed away in 2003. They had one child, Frank.They moved to Tacoma in 1947. She worked at the Harmon Furniture Factor for many years and after retiring from there enjoyed many leisure activities. She loved music and dancing. She was an avid bowler and continued that sport until she was 83. She was an avid gardener and loved flowers.She is survived by her son, Frank Bruno, daughter in law, Joan Bruno, 4 grandchildren, and 9 great-grandchildren. She was very proud of all of her family and often told everyone. She was also very proud of being married for 66 years.Viewing will be from 1:00 PM Â- 9:00 PM on Friday, October 7, 2005 at Mountain View Funeral Home. Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, October 8, 2005 in the Mountain View Garden Chapel.
