Steven W. Sutton's Obituary
Steve passed away peacefully at home on December 18th, 2014. He was born August 8th, 1944 in Tacoma, WA. Steve is survived by his wife, Barbara of 47 years, brother John A. Sutton (Marti), sons John H. Sutton II and Christopher D. Sutton, and grandson Nordstrom Hunter along with a large extended family. His parents, John and Betty Sutton, preceded him in death.
Steve graduated from Wilson High School and the University of Puget Sound and retired from Puget Sound Bank in 1994. He spent the past 20 years building classic cars, remodeling his, his sons, and friends’ homes. His family always came first; he was very proud of his sons and was passionately involved in all that they did.
He and Barbara enjoyed a winter home and family of friends’ in Peoria, AZ.
A celebration of life service will be held at University Place Presbyterian Church, 8101 27th St West, 98466 on January 5th at 1:00 pm.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to American Cancer Society or the UPPC ministry.
