With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Steve Howell, a cherished father, grandfather, brother, and friend, who left us on July 29, 2024, at the age of 62. Steve's departure leaves a profound void in our lives, but his memory will forever be a beacon of love and joy.
Steve was born on November 3, 1961, in Tacoma, Washington. He was known for his warm smile, and genuine kindness. His role as a father and grandfather was his most treasured, and his influence on their lives is immeasurable. Most of all he was a beloved Husband.
Steve was also a true lover of the outdoors. When speaking with him, he would say he found solace and joy in nature, whether he was experiencing different cultures, to traveling to different parts of the world, or even the simple joys of going on long drives with his wife. Steve was a simple man; he did not need much to enjoy life to the fullest. He had an adventurous spirit and zest for life was contagious. Steve Howell's meticulous attention to detail was evident in every aspect of his life. Whether he was renovating a house, preparing for a trip, or working on cars, Steve approached each task with a thoughtful precision that reflected his deep appreciation for the small things. This keen eye for detail was not just a trait, but a reflection of his approach to life—one marked by a genuine care for others and a commitment to making every experience meaningful and memorable. His stories will be cherished memories for all who had the pleasure of sharing them with him.
A celebration of Steve’s life will take place on Saturday August 24, 2024, at 12:00 PM at the Mountain View Funeral Home, Memorial Park. All who knew and loved Steve are welcome to join us in remembering a truly extraordinary man.
Steve Howell’s legacy is one of love, laughter, and unyielding kindness. He touched our lives in ways that words cannot fully express, and his spirit will continue to live on in our hearts. Rest in peace, Steve. You will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
