Steven Burton SampsonSteve B. Sampson died August 30, 2004, at his home in Renton, WA. He was 54. His last days were spent in the comfort of his family and friends. Steve was born Dec. 14, 1949, in Tacoma, WA, where he grew up. He graduated from Stadium High School in 1968 and then served in the Navy for a number of years. He married Sandra Budd in 1970.Steve was a master locksmith and former business owner of Renton Key Shop, which he owned along with his dad, Burt Sampson. He semi-retired in 2002. He enjoyed motorcycles, precision air rifles, model building, and his 1951 Chev. But most of all he was a loving Grandpa known as Â"BoppaÂ".Steve was preceded in death by his father Burton Sampson. He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Sandra Sampson; daughter, Jennifer Blake; two grandsons, Andrew and Tanner; and mother, Francine Sampson.Services will be at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, September 7, 2004 at Mountain View Garden Chapel. Memorials may be made to either the American Stroke Assoc. or National Stroke Assoc.
